Awesome scuba diving

Yes, I dove two cenotes in the jungles north of Playa del Carmen, west
of Cancun. One was called ChackMool. It was an underground cavern
system with no external light source like you see in that weblink. It
had stalactites and mites but that was about the coolest thing there.
The other trippy thing is the fresh water sits on top of the
saltwater, once you get to sea level. You could look horizontally
through the layer and your vision would have a prism effect due to the
different densities of the water. It was cold and lifeless. Cool to
do once but I wouldn't do it again.

It was like this http://www.divingplayadelcarmen.com/ with only a few
spots that the daylight beamed through the jungle floor which had a
very dramatic effect to it.

Thanks,
